Your first visit, step by step

A first visit takes about an hour, and you are welcome to bring a family member.

  1. 01

    Step 1: Request a visit

Use the form or call us. Tell us the best day, how you would like us to reply and which language you prefer.

  2. 02

Step 2: We check your benefits

If you have dental insurance, we check what the plan says it covers for dentures and tell you before you come in.

  3. 03

Step 3: Fill in the forms

Your health history goes on forms we give you for the first visit, not through this website. Paper and large-print forms are there if you prefer them.

  4. 04

Step 4: An exam and a talk

The dentist looks at your teeth, gums and any denture you wear. X-rays are taken only if the dentist decides you need them.

  5. 05

Step 5: The options on a model

We show you full, partial and implant-supported dentures on a model, and tell you what each involves and what it needs afterward.

  6. 06

Step 6: A plan you can take home

You leave knowing what we saw and what we suggest, with a written estimate and time to ask questions.

Before you come in

What should I bring?

Your insurance card if you have one, a photo ID, a list of your medicines and any denture you wear now. A family member is welcome to come with you.

Do I put medical details on this website?

No. Our contact form asks for no medical details. Your health history goes on the forms we give you for the first visit.

Can you get records from my last dentist?

Yes. Give us the previous office's contact information and we will request the records, with your written permission, before the visit.

Ready to book a first visit?

Tell us a good time and how to reach you. We will take it from there.
